Chi Lee is the Creative Director of Zacht Studios, and is currently based in Toronto.

Having moved through the corporate, agency, and freelance space, she’s developed pitches that grip, move, and inspire listeners into action across most industries you can think of. She’s most delighted to help tell company stories in unforgettable ways, ultimately helping leaders raise investment capital in order to enact positive change.

Formerly, as a business strategy consultant at CGI and PwC, she's developed practices to transform large enterprises into digitally lean organizations. Chi is a life student of rhetoric, psychology, and literature—lens in which she finds valuable to approach life’s and work’s challenges through.  

Dona Popovici is the Content Director of Zacht Studios, and is currently based in Amsterdam.

During recent years, she's worked her magic as a copywriter and designer for boutique agencies all over Europe, before jumping into various multidisciplinary storytelling projects via Company New Heroes.

In 2020, Dona was the Content Marketing Manager of the Y20—an engagement group focused on empowering the global youth, as part of the G20 (the forum for international cooperation on the most important issues of the global economic and financial agenda).

Besides her work at Zacht Studios, Dona is currently also the leading graphic designer of TEDxAmsterdam.

Nick Wong is the Director of Accounts at Zacht Studios and is currently based in San Francisco.

He started his career on the agency side, moving to a Fortune 500 company, and most recently at a Silicon Valley start-up. With a background in Business Management and Sales, Nick now oversees all of the client relationships at Zacht Studios.

Involved in sports all his life, Nick shows the same discipline, patience, resilience, and communication skills in his professional career. Meticulous and detail-oriented, Nick will assist in the overall direction and execution of each design project, ensuring that client expectations and timelines are met.

Savannah Lim is the Senior Visual Designer at Zacht Studios and is based in New York, New York.

Most recently, she spent over four years at Oscar Health in New York initially as a brand designer working with marketing and then as a product designer overseeing care search tools and health management features. She has experience designing and prototyping both web and mobile applications.

Prior to Oscar, Savannah designed presentations for early-stage startups in New York. She also completed an internship at Square in San Francisco, creating presentations and marketing materials for the communications team.

Laura Sinisterra is a Visual Designer at Zacht Studios, currently based in Curitiba, Brazil.

She has recently worked as an independent brand and web designer working with a range of clients and as a freelancer for Substack.

Laura is formally trained as an architect and, prior to freelancing, worked as an architectural designer. She is currently studying philosophy and researching Gilles Deleuze. With a particular interest in art theory and diagrams, she takes her multidisciplinary approach into creative problem solving and uses her diverse set of skills to translate concepts into meaningful visual work.

Aixa Jemmott-Musin is the Creative Coder of Zacht Studios and is currently based in Ibiza, Spain.

Most recently, Aixa has been working as a web designer and developer at B12 creating digital visual experiences and identities for small and medium-sized businesses as well as independent clients. She has also been focusing on her own projects exploring different avenues of creative coding.

She takes great interest in looking at the relationship between design and code, paying attention to the limits to which coding can be used to showcase good design to create web-based experiences.

As well as her work at Zacht Studios, Aixa also currently collaborates with Easol on brand, content, and marketing design.

Tom Behrens is the Head of Strategy at Zacht Studios and lives in sunny Los Angeles, California. He's also thrilled to be called a generalist that utilizes a simple & iterative approach; listen, learn, question, and distill.

Before joining Zacht Studios, Tom led strategy & client engagement at a leading apparel product design agency. He designed and facilitated strategic workshop engagements for brands ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies in that capacity.

Previously, he was introduced to strategic & scenario planning in the late 90s while working at an experience design agency in San Francisco. He has a bachelor's in economics and a master's in industrial design.

Besides his work at Zacht Studios, Tom undertakes an eclectic set of strategic projects at the small shop BehrensWorks.

Claire Cianca is the Illustrator at Zacht Studios, and is currently based in Los Angeles, California.

With illustration experience in a variety of industries, she has tackled many types of projects creating custom imagery to suit the needs of her clients. No matter the project, her stylistic versatility, attention to detail, and positive attitude always shine through.

Most Recently, Claire spent three years at Flexport bringing illustrations to life in the world of freight forwarding and supply chain management. During this time she also realized her enthusiasm for design team identity, advocacy, and community building. Before Flexport, she designed and illustrated many promotional pieces for entertainment brands like Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, and Netflix. Specifically, her work for Rick and Morty will always have a special place in her heart.

Zach Grosser is the Founder and Managing Director of Zacht Studios. Based in Amsterdam, he wanted to blend his coveted knowledge of VC priorities and design to build best-in-class services in the medium of presentations, now known as Zacht Studios.

Before founding Zacht Studios, he made over 1,500 presentations in five years for Square in San Francisco. He worked closely with the executive team to produce the IPO roadshow materials, plus four successful fundraising rounds. He also developed Design Education and European Community programs for the design tool startup Figma.
